What is UChoose Rewards?

UChoose Rewards is a rewards program for eligible accounts* where you earn points for choosing to use your Texas Bank VISA Check Card or Business Bonus Check Card. Redeem your points for anything of your choice from a huge online rewards catalog.

How do I get started?

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point per $2 every time you select credit and sign for your purchases using your Texas Bank VISA Check Card or Business VISA Check Card. When shopping in-store, select credit and sign for your purchases.
* Note: Bill Payment transactions are not included in point accumulation.

Where can I earn points?

You earn points everywhere your cards are accepted.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

When can I redeem points?

It can take up to 40 days for your points to be credited to your account. You must accumulate 1,500 points before you can redeem your points. We keep track of all the points you earn and will help you find just what you're looking for when you're ready to redeem. We even have a Wish List Tracker that will let you know when you've earned enough to redeem a specific item.

How long do I have to redeem my points?

Points expire 5 years from the time they are earned.If points are not redeemed within 5 years, they will expire and cannot be used. New points will continue to accumulate.

What rewards are available?

You can choose from millions of options, whether it's products, travel experiences, activities, event tickets, or more!

The website keeps track of all points earned and will help you find what you are looking for when you get ready to redeem.It even has a Wish List that will help you keep track and let you know when you have earned enough points for that reward.

Is there a phone number I can call?

No, points can only be redeemed online at www.uchooserewards.com.

What if I have a question?

Go to www.uchooserewards.com and click on the contact us link to email your question to a representative or you may come in to bank and ask a financial services representative.Remember to never include your account numbers or card numbers in the email message.You will be required to enter the last 4 digits of your card only.

Can I share points with family members?

All cards within an account automatically earn points together. In addition, if you have multiple debit accounts with Texas Bank you can link them together to earn rewards faster.

Where can I view my point activity?

You can access the history of your point activity through www.uchooserewards.com.

How much does it cost to participate?

There's no cost. Membership in UChoose Rewards is absolutely free for Texas Bank cardholders with an eligible account*, so start using your card and earning points today.

Will gift cards be available in the future?

Gift cards are not currently available. However there are millions of items available for redemption on the rewards site.We will be offering this in the future.We do not currently have a date for availability.We will send further communications when this feature becomes available.
