Dr. Billy Wayne Irwin is a Rusk County native. He grew up in Laneville and graduated from Henderson High School before earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University.
With deep roots in the East Texas community and a strong commitment to excellence, Dr. Irwin has built a distinguished career marked by integrity and vision. His leadership reflects a blend of professional expertise and a genuine passion for supporting local growth and development.
Dr. Irwin is married to Virginia George Irwin, and together they have two children, Kati and Casey. He is a devoted grandfather to Emma Frances Irwin, William Bryce Irwin, and Lucia Wagner—frequently found cheering them on at their sporting events.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Irwin enjoys a good round of golf.
