Zachary Dominy serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Texas Bank, headquartered in Henderson, Texas. Prior to joining Texas Bank, Zach held senior leadership roles in credit and lending, where he was instrumental in developing credit risk frameworks, mentoring lending officers, and driving portfolio performance. His experience spans community banking, credit analysis, and strategic planning, making him a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.
Zach holds a degree from Stephen F. Austin University where he majored in accounting and is also a graduate from the Texas Tech School of Banking. Zach is most passionate about spending time with his family including his wife, Kelsey, and two children, Grayson and Lily.
