Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

The spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has captured the attention of our nation.  Texas Bank is taking steps necessary to keep our employees and our customers safe while maintaining our commitments to the hometowns we serve.

With guidance from the CDC and state health authorities, we have made the difficult decision to limit person-to-person contact by suspending service in all Texas Bank branch lobbies beginning Saturday, March 21.  Click here for more information from the CDC.

Starting Saturday, March 21, we will only be conducting essential in-person business through the drive-up lanes.  Texas Bank has multiple ways for customers to conduct banking business that will limit personal contact.  We encourage all customers to utilize our online banking, mobile app, free online bill pay, mobile deposit capture services, and online account opening process.  If you would like assistance with any of these products, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling (903) 657-1466 or (844) 319-6684.  If you would like to meet with someone at the branch, please call Customer Service to schedule an appointment.

We will continually monitor local and national news outlets as well as media releases from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and adjust our hours and modes of service accordingly.  Our branches are being cleaned more thoroughly and we are prepared to schedule additional cleanings if necessary.

As always, be wary of calls, texts or emails claiming to be from the government, a health care provider, the IRS, Social Security, Medicare, the police, or any financial institution that is asking for personal information or for a payment.  No government agency or financial institution will contact you in this way.

Finally, while there has been volatility in the markets, we want to reassure you Texas Bank is well-capitalized and financially strong.  Your deposits are insured by FDIC and backed by the full faith and credit of the US Government.
